US clients may pay by Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit card, or by check or money order. Information regarding where to mail payments is provided when you fill out your Mail-In Order Form.

A closed padlock icon in the address bar of your browser window is visible on order form pages where personal information is entered, and indicates that your transmission is secure and confidential and that your information cannot be accessed by anyone else.
